For a standard low-voltage landscape transformer, we can usually tap into an existing GFCI-protected outdoor circuit. However, if you are installing massive high-voltage architectural lighting arrays, we must run a dedicated 15A or 20A circuit to the panel to prevent overloading.

Not anymore! We strictly install modern LED landscape lighting systems. A 12-fixture LED exterior setup illuminating your entire front yard and pathways often uses less electricity (around 40 watts total) than a single old-school incandescent lightbulb left on inside your house.
Low-voltage landscape wiring (12V) is much safer than high-voltage home wiring and is legally allowed by the NEC to be buried shallower. We typically bury low-voltage direct burial lines 6 inches deep, protecting them from aeration and mowing while minimizing yard trenching disruption.
